WHAT can be returned?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, however, we know that sometimes things go wrong. Any goods supplied in error by Teekays Yarns will be replaced at our cost.
If you receive goods damaged through transit, please keep the damaged packaging that they came in and contact us immediately.
Books, patterns, needles/hooks and SALE ITEMS/YARN are non-returnable unless defective.
Please check your postal address details carefully before you confirm the order, as Teekays Yarns cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was quoted at time of order.
* We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once downloaded, unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with digital pattern downloads, please contact us here within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the pattern(s) and check it for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you must notify us here within 7 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days of customer receipt, unless defective. We gladly accept returns for exchange or refunds provided the goods are in re-saleable condition in original packaging.

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs for any returns and for any costs to return any exchanged goods to you, so please choose carefully.
